Application for Financial Assistance
Nashville Urban Harvest is committed to ensuring that individuals and families in financial need are able to access fresh, local, and healthy foods grown using sustainable, organic methods. If you meet the requirements below and are able to volunteer 15 hours at the West Nashville Community Farm during the CSA season, you are eligible for a reduced cost share of $100 for the summer season. The CSA growing season runs from the end of March to the end of July; the first 5 hours of service must be completed by June 15.

_Single and earn less than $20,000 annually per household.
_Coupled and earn less than $30,000 annually per household.
_Family of three and earn less than $35,000 annually per household.
_Family of four and earn less than $40,000 annually per household.
